Chef de Parties/Junior Sous Chefs

Cafe’ Cuba | Mosta, St Julian’s – Malta

Cafe’ Cuba restaurants located in Mosta and St Julian’s, Malta, are currently seeking to employ Chef De Parties/Junior Sous Chefs to work in a dynamic team on a full-time basis.

The Chef de Parties are expected to oversee specific sections in the kitchen, including the preparation of various dishes whilst ensuring that the food presented is of high standard. The Chef de Parties will work hand in hand with the Sous Chef or Head Chef.

The candidates are expected to ensure that the kitchen stations are well equipped and clean at all times.

We require individuals with excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be clear communicators, fluent in English and ideally in more languages too.

A good salary package and excellent working conditions with a reliable well-established company, will be offered to the preferred applicants. The post offers excellent prospects for advancement at Cafe’ Cuba and within other Kitchen Concepts restaurants.

All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.
